• Will be responsible for the profitable operations of the Commercial Airconditioning Business Unit of Concepcion- Midea Inc.
  • Will focus on building relationships and the business focusing on CAC products and services to all non- retail channels (Dealers, Institutions,,hospitality industry, government organizations, Corporates,)
  • Will directly report to General Manager and/or Deputy General Manager
  • Achieve sales and margin targets versus Business plan/forecast for the respective channels
  • Forecasting and createing channel account plans, defining sales and margin objectives as agreed with the General Manager
  • Control to ensure adherence of stock management and accurate Rolling Forecast
  • Negotiate annual channel sales plan to drive accounts towards achievements of Midea targets for revenue and margin
  • Continously identifies and monitors channel changes, actively adapts leads generation procedures accordingly
  • Design and implement programs to maintain and grow the existing customer base and generate new business
  • Coaching, motivation and career development of the Commercial Aircon Team
  • AR management


  • Must be minimum of 5 years M&S experience
  • University level preferably with Business/Strategic Marketing direction
  • Experience in/knowledge of customer markets/channels
  • Ability to run commercial partnerships
  • Excellent negotiation & communication skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Extensive experience in Sales & Account Management
  • Strong leadership & experience in leading a commercial Team
  • Good network in the building construction, general contracting business
