• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations and other documents
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials
  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
  • Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
  • Answer and manage incoming calls
  • Receive and interact with incoming visitors


  • Graduate of any 4-year degree, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Preferably with 6 months experience, but NOT REQUIRED
  • Must have good communication skills and pleasing personality
  • Keen to details and should have strong personality
  • Must be knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
  • Willing to render overtime (if necessary)
  • Willing to work in Makati City
