• Develop and deliver high quality training courses, programs, and activities utilising techniques and available resources that maximize partcipation, comprehension, and application of required learner knowledge, skills and behavior
  • Develop and deliver instructional classroom online/virtual and self paced course content and learning guides for roles in Global Service Centre
  • Review current material to identify gaps and priorities for development
  • Create new or improve existing training material in response to business needs and priorities
  • Conduct post learning assessment and evaluation to gather formative data that drives the improvement of training content, delivery, relevant follow through learning activities
  • Own the process for updating, uploading and delivery of content
  • Suggest ways of working to drive training effectiveness including training evalutaion
  • Collaborate with teams across the business, sharing best practice,supporting strategy and team initiatives to improve the global training offering



  • 3 years of work experience in training and development field, preferably in BPO/shared service setting, with strong background in training delivery
  • Proven training experience in implementing and administrating programmes across varied shared service support units
  • Demonstrated proficiency in working with MS Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • 3 years of experience in face to face learning methodologies
  • Strong oragnisational, planning, project management, communication,leadership and influencing skills
