Duties:

General Operations and Administrative Support

  • Support the department in admin task such as
  1. Facilitate routing of documents and approvals in adherence to SOP
  2. Coordinate team meeting requirements including material preparation
  3. Updating and maintaining the department's documents and database for audit purposes

 

Support

  • Processing / Coordination / Monitoring of Approval
  • Company's Compliance Approval System (ACAS)
  • LOA
  • Business Travel Request
  • Purchase Order (PO) (PTURT, Bid Waiver)
  • On Line PSA (FMV, Checklist); Statement of Work
  • Bills and Honorarium Processing / Monitoring / Payment / Consolidation of Proof of Execution and
  • Payment (0-2 months after the event)
  • Consolidating of Reports ( Feedback, Salesforce Concerns, Acknowledgement Receipts)
  • Coordination with suppliers
  • Society Representations
