Job Description:
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
- Manage key accounts and act as the point of contact for clients
- Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements and identify new potential customers
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
- Ensure to meet deadline of reports, reimbursement, liquidation and other related forms with deadline
- Work closely with related operation departments to ensure customer needs and expectations are met
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food and Beverages Services, Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management, Business Studies/ Administration/Management, or equivalent
- At least 2 years work experience as Banquet Account Executive is an advantage
- Can work with honesty and integrity even without supervision
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- With excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical and time-management skills
