Dining Supervisor

Job Descriptions:
- Responsible in over-all dining operations through team effort in achieving set targets by rendering quality services
- Supervise the staff in carrying out their tasks, handle time sheets, and prepare payroll
- Handle table reservations and reservation requests and coordinate with the kitchen and the staff
- Assign tasks and serving sections to the waiters/waitresses and follow up delayed orders
- Ensure that staffs follow service standards, policies, and procedures in carrying out their duties
- Inspect the sanitation of the dining area and work stations. Coordinate with the janitorial staff to keep the premises clean, neat, and orderly
- Make sure guests are satisfied with their dining experience
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management, or equivalent
- At least 2-3 year (s) working experience in Food/ Beverage/ Restaurant Service
- Knowledgeable in Restaurant Operations Management and Policy Implementation
- Ensures that all personnel are compliant with Quality food, Excellent Customer Service and Cleanliness
- With above average communication skills both oral and written
