JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Responsible for executing both HR generalist and HR specialist roles
- Implements and provides guidance to the whole spectrum of the HR function (Recruitment, on-boarding, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, Organization Dev't, Learning & Dev't, Employee Engagement, Manpower Planning, Off-boarding, HR Admin, etc.)
- Provide strong HR day to day operational guidance
- Lead and develop current HR to be on "partner to the business" mode
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a graduate of BS Psychology or any related degree
- With at least 10 years of professional work experience in HR Field
- Minimum of 2 years in managing a team
- Strong Data Analysis capabilities (including but not limited to, handling reporting and metrics with Management, high level of proficiency with Excel and database management skills
- Strong working knowledge on local statutory and regulatory requirements
- With experience working in Healthcare/Medical industry
- Good to excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Strong independent skills
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong
- Preferably with exprience in both local and multinational company
- Can start ASAP
