Qualifications:
- Atleast with 1-2 years experience related experience
- Knowledgeable with all facets of HR
- Familiar with basic labor laws and employment regulations, ensuring HR practices are legally compliant.
- Excellent communicaton skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be amenable to be assigned in BGC Taguig.
Job Descriptions:
- Collection of DTR/Timesheets/OT sheets and other forms.
- Request attendance report to Accounting of Knoll.
- Monitoring and conducting training of employees.
- Aligning concerns with the line manager.
- Checking of purchase order and billing invoices.
