Media Planner

About the Role:
Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, the position is responsible to meet targets on Paid
Ads, particularly Paid Search, Affiliate Marketing, Paid Display Ads, and SEO.


Key Responsibilities:
• This position is in charge of coordinating with third party agencies for the media planning, buying, and
optimizations for paid digital campaigns.

• Is proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Data Studio.
Tableau knowledge is ideal.

Create new customer acquisition programs that would drive traffic to site and achieve Returns on Ad
Spent.

• Understand and provide insights on customer behavior based on media activity & related site behavior
using Google Analytics.

Review product, customer satisfaction/feedback, and recommend action points based on data and
business strategy.

Monitor, manage & report on paid media budget and KPIs.
Manage, create Paid Media content for regular & special campaigns.
Manage, create SEO strategy to grow organic search KPIs.
• Can manage and run both brand-building Awareness campaigns to support overall Integrated Marketing
Campaigns, and also performance campaigns to support online store sales.

Work with internal departments, media agency & creative teams from planning to implementing
campaigns.

· Has customer service mindset
· Technical knowledge on website and application management, data driven, analytical and solution-
oriented, growing paid media channels

· Capable of using Google Tools, managing agencies/vendors
· Bachelor’s Degree holder of any discipline.
· At least 5 years related experience
