Job Description
Responsible for responding to queries accurately and in a timely manner while ensuring alignment with relevant work instructions and process guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Process queries raised by external vendors and internal customers
- Respond to queries accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely and accurate answers or services for all tickets
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and colleagues in a polite and helpful manner
- Ensure both verbal and written communication is efficient and effective
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration is preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Strongly conversant in English, both oral and written
- Ability to adapt to the needs of diverse range of cultures and business disciplines
- Diligently follows the standard process
- Highly accountable to own tasks and deliverables
- Self-motivated, proactive, and improvement driven
- Good time management and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Must be familiar with Concur, Ariba, and SAP
