Job Description
Responsible for intercompany postings in subledger, invoice verification, and performing monthly reconciliations both Intercompany Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss. will also be required to interface with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and consistent application data quality with the specified global standards. The role will require working on a night shift from Monday to Friday from 9 PM to 6 AM.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for intercompany postings
Responsible for Invoice verification and following the accounting guidelines
Performing Monthly Reconciliations both Intercompany Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss
Interface with cross-functional team to ensure compliance and consistent application data quality with the specified global standards
Successfully handles coordination for information gathering and responds to inquiries received via email and internal ticketing tool within the agreed SLA
Other administrative activities that may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field
At least 2 years of experience as an Intercompany Accountant or similar role
Strong knowledge of intercompany accounting principles and accounting systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on a night shift from Monday to Friday from 9 PM to 6 AM
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Familiarity with SAP or other accounting software is an advantage
