Responsibilites:

• Prepare all management reports, collect KPI data and provide Business performance reports, including first draft of analysis and commentary
• Provide accounting information for purposes of meeting tax compliance obligations and planning/efficiency opportunities
• Use automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
• Develop and maintain databases, data systems – reorganizing data in readable format
• Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data

• Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data
• Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Oracle, R, MATLAB and Phyton
• Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, techniques for data mining and segmentation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other systems used for data set analyzing
• Knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau, Qlik
• Knowledge of how to create and apply the most accurate algorithms to datasets in order to find solutions
• Problem-solving skills

• Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations

• Verbal and written communication skills
• Proven working experience in data analysis

Background and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics/Math/Computer Science/Engineering or any computer-related course, Finance exposure/experience is an advantage
• With at least 3 years working experience in retail or related field
