Job Description:
- Oversees the whole store operation
- Maintain high level of customer service
- In-charge of handling customer complaints and guest satisfaction
- Monitors functionality of all equipment
- Maintain quality food and service standards in the restaurant and immediately correct non-compliance with the standards set
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management, or equivalent
- At least 2-3 year (s) working experience in Food/ Beverage/ Restaurant Service
- Knowledgeable in Restaurant Operations Management and Policy Implementation
- Ensures that all personnel are compliant with Quality food, Excellent Customer Service and Cleanliness
- With above average communication skills both oral and written
