Supply Chain Assistant - BGC Taguig
Brief Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist the Supply Chain Operations Manager in System Transactions and Administrative Tasks:
· Material Master
· Product maintenance
· Prepare documents for creation of new product information to 4PL
Inventory Movement
· Monitoring of stocks movement including short-life inventory.
· Reconcile inventory with 3rd party Logistics record
· Reconcile inventory at RD stockroom
· Preparation of Inventory Withdrawal Form (IWF) and Stock Transfer to Principal (STP)
· Correct and timely posting of inventory request transfer in the system
· Preparation of necessary documents for write-off.
· Prepare and send current inventory report per SKUs to Sales Manager and Marketing.
· Facilitate processing and monitoring of request for sales and marketing promotion.
· Prepare documents and process request for any related Pharma Trials initiated by RD Indianapolis or RD Mannheim.
Purchase Inventory
· Prepare inventory report.
· Proactively coordinate with Global Supply Chain/ Planner for purchase requirement.
· Monitor arrival of order and assist 3rd party broker by providing shipping information / packing list.
· Coordinate with 3rd Party Logistics on arrival of stocks.
· Monitor posting of stocks at 3rd party logistics provider to commercial.
· Ensure 100% adherence to all company policies and procedures
