• Process order booking (manual and e-ordering) of customer
• Track and Monitor orders and backlogs for fulfilment to customer
• Prepare weekly backorder reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Process FOC orders and RSTP
• Direct Roche orders
• Coordinate with 3PL to ensure complete and timely delivery as per lead time
• Provide timely update and feedback raised by customers
• Identify and escalate priority concerns
• Monitor orders and ensure no floating outbound and invoicing is completed in a timely manner
• Take part in training and learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position
• Ensure 100% adherence to all company policies and procedures
• Support System clean-up activities
