Tax Assistant
Scope of work:
• Coordinates with LGU and BIR officers and responds to all store registration related queries,
etc.
• Review and analyses documents required by the BIR and LGU to support compliance of the
company/stores.
• Fieldwork activities
• Preparation/collation of documents/dockets as required by BIR and LGU
• Monitoring of business and other related permits
Qualifications/Skills:
• With work background as tax liaison, 1-2 year experience; with knowledge on BIR and LGU
rules and regulations when it comes to permits, branch/stores registrations, requirements
etc.
• Keen on details
• Organized and systematic
• Works with minimal supervision
• Adept in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Excellent communication skills necessary to communicate and discuss concerns with
branches/stores, departments, government agencies i.e. LGU and BIR.
