Banquet Account Executive - Makati

Job Description:

  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Manage key accounts and act as the point of contact for clients
  • Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements and identify new potential customers
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
  • Ensure to meet deadline of reports, reimbursement, liquidation and other related forms with deadline
  • Work closely with related operation departments to ensure customer needs and expectations are met

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food and Beverages Services, Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management, Business Studies/ Administration/Management, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years work experience as Banquet Account Executive is an advantage
  • Can work with honesty and integrity even without supervision
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • With excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and time-management skills
