Executive Assistant

DESCRIPTION: Provides executive, administrative, and development support to the President and Board of
Directors, as well as the Company Executives. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for
internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Chairman. The Executive Assistant serves as a
liaison to the Board of Directors and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and
external relations efforts; and oversees special projects.
• At least 2 - 3 years’ experience as Executive Assistant or Managerial Role;
• Diploma with courses related to Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing,
Accountancy, Finance, and Management, Operations Management or other business-related courses;
• Experience in management may be advantageous;
• Willing to work office based and travel;
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing;
• The ability to understand, follow, recommend and create company policies and procedures related to the line
of job;
• Eager to learn and work together with other departments in the company;
• Has expertise in the creation and implementation of policies and procedures, corrective action plan in relation
to operation improvements;
• Possess strong leadership skills, people-person, and critical-thinker, problem-solving abilities, analytical skills,
mathematical skills and creative thinking skills;
• Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, accurate, and can work with minimum supervision, can follow standard
procedure and decision making;
• Excellent verbal, copywriting and business-writing communication skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software, Excellent MS Excel or administrative system is an advantage;
• Ability to multitask and sound comprehension with obedience to instructions;
• Positive working attitude and observing professionalism at all times that embodied the company’s vision and
• Cope well under pressure and time management;
