Facilities Coordinator - BGC

Job Descriptions:
  • Responsible in coordinating and assisting the department in managing the facilities and providing excellent customer service support
  • Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in the specific area
  • Ability to execute highly complex or specialized work
  • Works independently, applies standards yet adapats precedent and may make departures from established processes to resolve problems

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Directly related experience in Facility management
  • Property Management, Facility Management or Facilities project management qualifications would be preferred
  • Practical knowledge in procurement, contract administration, regulatory/ governmental codes and regulations
  • WITH STRONG PERSONALITY | CAN WORK WITH MINIMAL SUPERVISION AND UNDER PRESSURE
