Finance Documentation Expert - BGC

Job Descriptions:
  • Ensures high-quality documentation of end-to-end processes, according to the company standards. The documentation consists of all finance areas based on process defined by the global Process
  • Coordinates the update processes, change backlogs, looks into concise descriptions, updates the format to have harmonized documents and providing our customers with an easy to read experience
  • Proactively driving concepts and improvements related to process documentation is expected from the position holder
  • Special projects, related to process design, documentation and trainings, may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree ,Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably with General knowledge of system structures in SAP (FI,CO)
  • Experience with other ERP systems (Oracle, Scala) is a plus
  • Experience with Sharepoint is a plus
  • Fluency in English, ability to work in an international team located in several countries is a must
  • Standalone-working on own initiative and a strong attitude to incorporate feedback from various stakeholders in the organization in continuous improvements of process documentation on all levels
  • Knowledge and minimum 2-3 years of experience with End to End finance processes
  • Experience with process documentations
