    Job Description

    Responsible for responding to queries accurately and in a timely manner while ensuring alignment with relevant work instructions and process guidelines.


  • Process queries raised by external vendors and internal customers
  • Respond to queries accurately and in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely and accurate answers or services for all tickets
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and colleagues in a polite and helpful manner
  • Ensure both verbal and written communication is efficient and effective


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration is preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Strongly conversant in English, both oral and written
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of diverse range of cultures and business disciplines
  • Diligently follows the standard process
  • Highly accountable to own tasks and deliverables
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and improvement driven
  • Good time management and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Must be familiar with Concur, Ariba, and SAP
