HR Manager


  • Responsible for executing both HR generalist and HR specialist roles
  • Implements and provides guidance to the whole spectrum of the HR function (Recruitment, on-boarding, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, Organization Dev't, Learning & Dev't, Employee Engagement, Manpower Planning, Off-boarding, HR Admin, etc.)
  • Provide strong HR day to day operational guidance 
  • Lead and develop current HR to be on "partner to the business" mode


  • Must be a graduate of BS Psychology or any related degree 
  • With at least 10 years of professional work experience in HR Field
  • Minimum of 2 years in managing a team
  • Strong Data Analysis capabilities (including but not limited to, handling reporting and metrics with Management, high level of proficiency with Excel and database management skills
  • Strong working knowledge on local statutory and regulatory requirements
  • With experience working in Healthcare/Medical industry
  • Good to excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
  • Strong independent skills
  • Willing to work in Mandaluyong
  • Preferably with exprience in both local and multinational company
  • Can start ASAP
