QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or similar certification preferred.
• Proven experience as an accountant in the real estate industry, with a focus on project accounting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data to support decision-making.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP) and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the real estate sector.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Present financial results and analysis to management and project teams.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during project audits.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address financial matters.
• Communicate financial performance and key metrics to relevant parties effectively.
