Paid Media Specialist - Makati

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and roll out paid media advertising campaigns
  • Manage ad accounts & analysis tools (such as Google analytics)
  • Campaigns target group segmentation
  • Managing deadlines ensuring successful launch of campaigns
  • Measure performance and deliver results that meet the objectives
  • Reporting on performance of advertising campaigns
  • Identify pain points to optimize the advertising campaigns
  • Manage the paid media marketing budget
  • Work with other functional teams such as the campaigns team and the design team to define the advertising plan
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders on performance and objectives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and proven work experience in marketing.
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in digital/online marketing and advertising
  • Solid experience in delivering online advertising (Social/Display/SEA) and marketing strategies
  • Passion for digital marketing and a track record of delivering outstanding results
  • Experience in platform management (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook business manager, Google marketing platform)
  • Experience in budget management & audience segmentation
  • Deep analytical abilities, understanding the advertising performance against objectives
  • Proven ability to dive deep and identify root cause gaps and drive solutions that improve the advertising efficiency and drive business results
  • Experience with A/B testing and statistics
  • Experience in web analytics
  • Ability to manage projects on rapid timelines
  • Experience in working in a highly matrixed environment
  • Work experience with internationally distributed teams is a plus
  • Work experience at a digital agency is a major advantage
  • Strong communication skills (fluent in English)
  • Amenable for Mid shift schedule
