Job Descriptions:

  • Conduct technical training for Service Center technicians & front staff
  • Provide technical assistance to Service Center technicians
  • Authorized Service Centers daily workload management and monitoring
  • Repair System Workflow Approval
  • Repair System Support
  • Ad-Hoc Projects


  • Candidate must possess at least an Associate degree in Electronics
  • Graduates of Electrical Engineering are preferred but not required
  • Candidate must have at least 2 years of working experience in doing hands-on repair of Electronic  products
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office Application
  • Must possess good coordination skills
