Job Description:

  • Identify and onboard new borrowing relationships among the country's upper middle market corporations and select top corporates.
  • Evaluate credit worthiness of prospective and existing relationships, and prepare and present credit recommendations for approval by company's credit comittee.
  • Perform annual and periodic reviews of borrowers within his portfolio to ensure cintinuing viability of the credit as well as compliance with credit approval terms and conditions.
  • Continuously assess customer needs, and determine the appropriate relationship strategy for his borrowing accounts.
  • For growth relationships, build and develop customer trust, loyalty and satisfaction with the goal of company becoming an important credit provider to the borrower.
  • Maintain complete and organized credit folders for all borrowing relationships in his portfolio.
  • Constantly update his job knowledge through participation in internal and external training programs.
  • Operates in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to company's lending compliance guidelines. 


  • Minimun in ten years as an Account Officer or Relationship Manager of reputable banks and financial institutions.
  • Solid background on corporate credit relationship management, and thorough understanding of lending products and practices in the local banking environment.
  • Trained and adept in financial and credit analysis
  • Familiarity with computers and banking applications software.
  • Ability to work in a goal environment.
  • BS Degree in Finance, economics, or a related field.
