Restaurant Manager

Job Description:

  • Oversees the whole store operation
  • Maintain high level of customer service
  • In-charge of handling customer complaints and guest satisfaction
  • Monitors functionality of all equipment
  • Maintain quality food and service standards in the restaurant and immediately correct non-compliance with the standards set

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management, or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 year (s) working experience in Food/ Beverage/ Restaurant Service
  • Knowledgeable in Restaurant Operations Management and Policy Implementation
  • Ensures that all personnel are compliant with Quality food, Excellent Customer Service and Cleanliness
  • With above average communication skills both oral and written
