- BS Civil Engineering; Licensed preferred but not required
- With minimum 5 years experience in structural design job in a Real Estate company
- Keen to details and adept in analysing
- Average to excellent business writing and communication skills
- Flexible and willing to do site visits and inspections if necessary (Laguna, Antipolo, Quezon City, Pasig)
